Car was well repaired but took far longer than what was originally estimated. I understand that due to the car being new there were additional challenges with the repair but I feel like it could have been communicated sooner - not 2 week into the process. If the shop is not equipped to handle a repair they should be up front about it. Also I was often not updated until the day when the car was supposed to be ready. This was very inconvenient as I had already made plans around the given dates.

Watkins stayed and fit us in and completed with perfection in less than 24 hours and even were kind to give us time for our family Christmas Eve lunch then pick up by 2.
