When we picked up our car there was about a 2 foot scratch down the side of it. Michael has agreed that it will be fixed and we have a tentative appt to get it taken care of. However damage to our car while in someone else’s car is unsatisfactory.

They did not put back the weather stripping on the passenger side doors and there are 4 spots on the trunk that the paint is messed up. There is 2 hail damage dents they did not fix on the roof.
