I own a 2017 Ford Raptor, on July 7, 2018 I got T-Boned on the passenger side. I was not one bit optimistic that my truck would be repaired and delivered back to me in the exact same condition as I got it from the dealership. It took quite some time to get the repair done but with my truck, it’s understamdable being that it’s a limited production truck and parts are not readily available. The collision center took their time, did their research on specs and did an outstanding job. The customer service was wonderful. The whole team is made up of really nice people, easy to talk to and really made me feel comfortable that my truck was in good hands. I have never seen body work come from a shop looking this fantastic. Absolutely amazing, looks like a factory job, everything blends well. I couldn’t be more please. I’d like to thank Vin and Mike especially for making it happen.

The only element of the repair process itself (not the associated rental) that I was dissatisfied with is that the repair took longer than estimated, and I was not told of the delay until after the estimated date had passed. This happened twice; I was originally told it would be done on the 11th, and on the 12th I got a text saying it was taking longer and would be done the 17th. On the 18th I hadn't heard anything, so I called to inquire about it, and was told it would be done the 21st. That was the date I received my car.

Completely satisfied no, very satisfied yes. One trim panel on the driver front door was not completely installed all the way which isn’t a big deal. The main gripe is the painted mirror cover was not properly installed creating a whistle above 35 mph with the windows down.The mirror also buzzes and vibrates at any speed while the factory mirror on the right does not. This may not be the tech’s fault, it could be the cheap aftermarket mirror Geico decided to install on the vehicle instead of the factory replacement I requested. The repairs look great and the quality of work is amazing. The staff were super helpful as well. I would bring my vehicle to this center again, I may drop Geico for an insurance company that will supply factory parts for replacement.
The Chevy Malibu I rented through enterprise was great and I liked it a lot. The first vehicle I was supplied with, a Kia Optima, had both steady ABS and Traction Control lights on, meaning they were failed systems. I questioned it and I was told by Enterprise not to worry about it. I denied that Kia and rented the Malibu instead. Supplying a malfunctioning car to a customer, who might not know any better, is setting them up for another accident. I’m glad I checked the ABS and Traction Control lights and didn’t just take there word.
Pick up was fantastic and simple. Whoever was working the Memorial Day Saturday was great. I’d bring another car to Danbury Auto Collission, but I’d be very skeptical of Enterprise again and demand factory replacement parts or offer to split the cost difference with Geico.
The whole process of working with Danbury Automotive was stress-free, and convenient. I appreciated the text updates on the status of the work on my car at every point. The work that was done to the car was outstanding. They paid attention to every detail, in regards to both repairing the damage to my car and customer service. Very happy customer!
