When i went to pick up my car everything was awesome omar was really helpful and friendly. And repair was amazing got a bas finish on one part of the paint but they fix it in 20 minutes. But the day i went to leave car i dont remember the name of the geico representative but he wasn't very friendly but it was okay. Thebonly one that i did not like at all is the front desk receptionist she always has actitude not polite at all i went 3 times evry time she was mad/ on a bad mood. Thank you hacienda for your nice work

The follow up was terrible, I even called when the repairs exceeded estimate and the follow up continued to be poor. I informed my representative how important it was to have the car completed by Thursday and he was confident it would be completed and he would call me by 1pm to confirm, he never did and I called a couple of times, left a message with no return calls. I finally called and asked for the manager and was helped. The car was completed however the stress was not warranted. You would be a better place of business with better customer service. Next my 18 year old daughter felt very uncomfortable with the receptionist, attitude, angry? Again customer service is everything to most businesses.
