The repairs are satisfactory and the people who took care of me were thoughtful and kind. The problem was it took 5 days longer than the two weeks the emails said it would take. I had to pay for my rental car which was over 350 dollars.

Christian Perry and the entire staff in the collision center were very accommodating. Appreciated all thier help.

My tint was torn on a window that was changed. Also, I thought my bumper would be replaced, because it was cracked, but instead it wasn't and it is still visible where it was just repaired instead of replaced.

They made it simple.

Everyone of your employees I spoke to or was involved. In the repair of my vehicle were exceptional.

Everything went smooth and Christian did a good job relating the info to me. He even looked up a part for a non Toyota vehicle that had nothing to do with the truck I brought in.

CHristian was friendly and professional, explained everything completely. He was also very helpful with some additional issues that were problematic, including getting my car's 5000 mile service done during the time the car was at the dealership for the collision repair. I very much appreciated not having to make an additional appointment and trip. He was able to install the front license plate which the original dealership had not supplied all the screws needed to properly install it and that I had not been able to figure out how to work out. That was a great relief. The Enterprise rental car pick up and return drop off service was quick and very convenient as well. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and the quality of the repairs done to my car. I am so glad I did not choose an independent collision repair shop.

The time you had the car was longer than expected for the replacement of two tires, one wheel, repair of one wheel and an alignment.

Finished ahead of promised date. I'm satisfied with the workmanship.

Only problem I found was that they rushed me when we initially checke in car.

The repair experience was excellent. Christian was very helpful and it was a pleasure to do business with him.

They did a great job with the repairs. The work was done in a timely manner. The only issue, and it's not a huge, is that we were supposed to get a call about the estimated cost of the work. I'm assuming that since the cost was covered by the other party's insurance, they didn't feel the need to inform us on that. And since I i didn't have to pay for it I wasn't too bothered. All in all, it was a great experience.

I really appreciate how helpful the staff was to me. They were friendly and patient in helping me understand all the repairs, costs, and car rental information. They really have gained my trust when it comes to doing a good job on my car and for that I am very grateful.
