Completing job and delivery timelines/communication was unacceptable. Delivery date changed 4 times and then required me to bring vehicle back again due to new taillight being broken. Need to give realistic delivery dates so folks can make plans. Also, due to numerous delays I was charged for rental car because it exceeded insurance fee maximum and went beyond expected delivery date. Over a month to repair a vehicle is unacceptable. Most importantly give clients a realistic delivery time...I understand things happen but don't say car will be ready in 2 more business days then find out it's still in welding booth...no way vehicle would meet that timeline. Give realistic expectations. I have used Chris and Phils to repair vehicles at least 8-10 times over the years...Very disappointed!

The spare tire was not put back in properly and the piece to fasten it was located in the middle seats. The detail was not great as there were places that still had compound. Otherwise, the repair looks good and done in a timely manner.

When the competition wouldn't even look at my repair and just wanted me to leave it with them for no more than 15 days I went to Chris & Phil's. Best thing that ever happened to me as your company looked at my repairs, got insurance clearance, ordered parts and took right at 24 hours to completely get me on the road again once parts came in. I will never take any car anywhere else but Chris & Phil's as they are the epitome of a service driven company. Thank you very much
