The turn around time is too inconvenient as our repair was promised and extended several different times. The cost of rentals outweighs the repair quality. Other vendors/shops have daily scheduled online visual repair feedback. I understand the overwhelment of customers, but having too many paying customers is not a bad problem.

I don't know where the mixup was and who was mistaken in this scenario BUT AMM told me that Nationwide was requiring and sending Safelite to repair my windshield but when my car wasn't ready on time, I was told by AMM that it was because Safelite hadn't come yet but when I called Nationwide they said that AMM was supposed to be repairing the windshield. I ended up having to take my car home and get Safelite to come out because I needed my car, like everyone does.

When I picked up my car on Monday I noticed it was a little off, but thought I would see if anyone else agreed. Other people have confirmed that the trunk and bumper are a little off. Also, the damage on the top of the trunk is still visible. This makes no sense as AMM billed the insurance company for a new trunk, so there should be no imperfection. This too was noticed by others. I would like to have this corrected. If this means having the car for any length of time, then I would like a rental car. I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx David K

Personal items have been taken from my car and AMM can not locate them; a tail light was chipped during repairs & I had to bring it to their attention to get it fixed, and the repairs were incomplete & I had to bring the car back in (this happened only after I insisted and spoke w/a manager). Extremely unhappy and will not be using this location again or recommending them.

My car was not put together on the inside. The sealing rubber was torn and the liner was broken. I had to assemble the inside when i got home. Not happy. I called on 6-3-16 and left a message and called again and talked to a gentleman about it and he said he would let Alex know and have him call me. I called again on 6-6-16 in the afternoon and spoke w/ Alex. He asked me to take pics and emsil yo him. I emailed the pics to him on 6-6-16. I will call him again this afternoon, 6-7-16.
