Once I walked in the door, the EXCELLENT customer service began. I felt totally welcomed by the front staff acknowledging and asking to help me with concern and friendliness. Zach and Justin were completely engaged in helping me and coordinating services throughout the repair. Lexie, with Enterprise was also super . She advocated for me to get a comparable car to the one I drive as opposed to the mid-size the insurance approved. I received timely calls that kept me updated. AWESOME follow-up!!!!!! Driver side door frame is now bent and scratched as if someone had locked the key inside, tire pressure light is now on, seems back left sensor is not connected and does not read tire psi for that tire and my abs light came on while i was on the way home.Alignment is out of whack all after over 12,000 dollars in repairs and almost a month in the shop.

Overall the job was done well and it went good. I did notice a small mark underneath my drivers side rear view mirror that looks like some type of dried clear coat or wax finish. It is certainly deep into the paint as I could not rub it off.
