They did a good job of communicating, and hopefully a thorough repair. They clearly had some issues in the estimate process, since they missed several necessary steps in the rebuild process that added hours to the repair. They did help lower some prices to partially offset this. The repair was delayed by nearly a week because of wrong parts ordered or other parts not ordered. They basically said sorry, but did not think about compensation for my lost week of vehicle use due to part ordering errors. Seems like they should have offered a loaner vehicle or some additional price reduction due to these delays based on their errors.

The box and rear bumper were substantially damaged. After receiving a quote from Jennie Watson, I made an appointment for the repair. She then send me an email that they fond damage to the tailgate corner and top. I can't believe this damage could not have been seen at the time of the inspection.I recall her saying she was in a hurry to get out of there and was at first hesitant about getting me a quote but did so because she was the only one there at the time.

All of your staff were very friendly and professional. Daun **** did the estimate and we really liked him and decided to go to Rick's because of him. Only complaint was that we were not informed that the final cost would be $200 more than the estimate. We appreciated the email updates. Kathryn & John Datsopoulos

Well the insurance company said things were bent and when I got my truck back everything was still the same as when I took it in. EVERYTHING was still the same. NOTHING was fixed on my truck. VERY MAD with these guys. Do NOT recommend em.

I am very happy with the top quality repair work that was done on my 2012 Ford F150. I love my truck and I am extremely satisfied that the repair work was as high caliber as it was. My truck looks superb!
