I have not, yet, seen the car; however, the communication throughout the process of repairing the vehicle was thorough, often, timely and even humorous!. The overall experience was one of pleasure. Under the circumstances, that is a time that does not normally promote humor. It was appropriate and expressed in just the right way. I would even say it was enjoyable.
