Excellent experience from the time we brought the car in for an estimate to repair damage to the time we picked it up. Workmanship appears to be excellent as well, and all work was done in a timely fashion.

Please don't be overly optimistic about the completion date. I would rather know ahead of time that it will take 3 days, than be told two several times, only to have it stretch out to three full days. I understand that some of this is out of your control, such as receiving parts, but the exact same thing happened last time, and no parts were involved then. So, I naturally wonder if this is SOP?

The office was organized and clean. The employees were pleasant and HELPFUL and explained everything clearly. The estimate was also less than 2 other places I had been to. My repair was made as painless as possible, and the driver of the transportation van is a hoot! Thank you for a job well done.
