Great people, great job, could not ask for more. Very very happy!

Communication was lacking. I would have to call daily to get info on status and it was always being pushed out by one day each time I called.

I thought the everyday emails/updates were really nice. It was nice not having to worry about what's going on. Very satisfied with the customer service.

The work was excellent but I thought it took longer than it should have since it was mostly replacement of parts and very little actual repair effort but the final result was good.

Great service and great job

I had an appointment to get my vehicle repaired on February 3rd, 2015. I dropped it off on that date and was told it would take about a week or so to repair. I asked to get a call with an update on my car that Friday and did not receive one. I called on Monday and was told that they needed to order a new bumper and they were waiting on approval from the insurance company. I know this was not ABRA's fault but i was frustrating for me. I than was told that my car would be done on the 20th after receiving the necessary parts. I called them on the 20th to see when i could pick up my vehicle and they told me that it wouldn't be done till later next week. I finally got to pick up my car on the 24th after not having it for 21 days. I guess my chief complaint would be that i was never contacted for updates. I always had to call and didn't even receive a call that my car was done. I would suggest to try to have better communication with your customers when plans and dates change.
