I had an appointment to get my vehicle repaired on February 3rd, 2015. I dropped it off on that date and was told it would take about a week or so to repair. I asked to get a call with an update on my car that Friday and did not receive one. I called on Monday and was told that they needed to order a new bumper and they were waiting on approval from the insurance company. I know this was not ABRA's fault but i was frustrating for me. I than was told that my car would be done on the 20th after receiving the necessary parts. I called them on the 20th to see when i could pick up my vehicle and they told me that it wouldn't be done till later next week. I finally got to pick up my car on the 24th after not having it for 21 days. I guess my chief complaint would be that i was never contacted for updates. I always had to call and didn't even receive a call that my car was done. I would suggest to try to have better communication with your customers when plans and dates change.
