Overall experience was good but needs some work. The truck was cleaned inside and out before delivery but the inside driver’s A-pillar is dirty and has finger prints on it from one of the techs. The paint repair on the fender has a defect in the clear coat that is easily visible and can be felt by running my hand over it. I will be bringing the vehicle back in for a touch-up.

Heat worked great before my accident. Abra fixed the car, however heat only works on one side of the car now. Abra told us that there was no way to prove this; told me I have to take it to the dealer and somehow prove that the heat work before my accident. How can I do that? I think this is just poor customer service fix my heater, I’ve already been more than three weeks without my car. It’s WINTER! Heat needed!!
