I was not contacted about the status of my car for a month.
My key was lost. I was told I was called, but I had no missed calls or voice messages. No text messages, e-mails, or letters were sent.
It took 3.5 months for my car to be completed.

I was told 3-5 days. It took 16 days. I was not given updates. I had to call. My daughter put a complaint to corporate and they said they would reply in 48 hours,we are still waiting for a response.it took many calls. Had I just been kept updated I wouldn't be so upset. Had I known it would be so long I could have made arrangements.after many complaints and arguing then they became nice, kept me posted and gave me a loaner.everytime I called I got different days it would be ready.
