My on dash computer said my right rear turnsignal was out. It has about 40 LED bulbs so I thought it unlikely. You replaced the complete tail lamp assembly so I thought maybe there was a loose connection. Nope, there is an entire rubber seal that runs the entire length of the assembly missing! So I assume rain water is breaching the tail light and causing a faulty open circuit to the computer. We need to get this fixed ASAP but we are moving to Atlanta, GA as we speak. Suggestions? Joe the manager of your center is not aware of this problem yet. I have faith in him to get me positive results. Rick Clark

I’m glad the Kokomo, IN ABRA location took the time to repair my vehicle right, but I was frustrated by a couple of things. First, a two week quote turned into a month wait to get my vehicle back. While they communicated well at first, there was almost no communication as delays kept happening. I had to call daily to get updates and sometimes no one would call back.
