Your auto shop is complete trash. Worst place I have seen would never recommend. Horrible costumer service. You're employees are rude and not helpful at all to say the least. You've had my car for almost 2 months and I still haven't gotten it back. I wouldn't get any proper updates on my car either.

I was told my vehicle would be done on 10/8 (one week). No one called/texted/communicated to tell me otherwise. I called to get an update - they didn’t have an estimated completion date. It took 2.5 weeks to complete and no one called until the day of, saying it was ready. Then when I called my insurance because I was originally told by the insurance that I did not have a deductible but was being charged a $500 deductible to service king and I said these facts the service king representative starting yelling at me while I was on the phone that it’s not service king charging me $500 (which is who I paid the $500 to...). He throw down his papers in a fit. I thought it was unprofessional and annoying. Also, because I and my insurance was given an estimate of 10/8 for my car to be done. I was charged over a week for my rental car by enterprise because USAA was not told of the delay and would not pay it because I had the car longer than the time that was communicated by service king to both myself and USAA.

You’ve had my vehicle for over 40 days. I got a text update yesterday it wouldn’t be ready for another week. Today I got a message thanking me for my business. Does that mean it’s done? No one has called me to communicate what’s going on and the only time I get information on status is when I call the shop myself. Very disappointing service due to lack of communication and continuous delays.

My car sat in the Thornton location parking lot because Service King didn't tow the car to their sister location like they were supposed to and then lied to me about it, blaming the insurance company for not making the towing arrangements.

I was getting good communication on the status of my vehicle in the beginning but as my promise date came nobody called to let me know it was not ready. When I called it seemed like nobody knew the reasoning on why it wasn’t ready. All I heard was the service guy no longer works there. That is not my fault and I expected someone to take over but didn’t. The lady said the GM would call and didn’t. I than called on the next promise date and once again it wasn’t ready and there was no reasoning why. i was not happy with the customer service.

My vehicle is not yet complete. It’s missing a couple of panels on the inside of the lift gate that I didn’t discover were missing until 50 minutes after I picked up the vehicle.
