I dropped my car off for service due to recall on Monday, July 20 @ 11:30am. And was scheduled to go to collision center the next day. Instead it Sat for a day and went to collision on Wednesday. Consequently I didn't get my car back until the 27th and had to pay for the rental extra days not planned for.
