The service was ok, got pushed back twice because there was no loaner available. When I did get in the loaner ran terrible, smelled really bad inside the interior was heavily damaged, adjustment for back of seat broken and on and on, but I'll let it go at that. I didn't expect something brand new but I think you can do better than that. Craig was really nice and helpful.

Everyone there was very helpful especially Cheryl. She let me know what to expect and answered all my questions. Because I didn't have rental insurance, she offered a loaner for the 4 days it would take to complete my repairs. A status was provided at every stage of repair as well, so that was refreshing. My car looks very good and they even vacuumed it. Thanks to all involved.
