Spare tire tool was open and layed out in back seat with seat up. No one had an explanation why. I bought a fourth tire so I hope the spare was not taken off and put on as the fourth tire and the tire that was on there did not end up as my spare. I’ll have to crawl under and see what the spare looks like.

There was grease on the upholstery and markings on the outside of the passenger window. The car wasn’t detailed correctly.

The repairs made to my 2017 Camry were done in a timely manner and the minor touchups that needed to be done were done very quickly. I was very satisfied with both the work done and the friendly atmosphere in which the office staff demonstrates. I would definitely recommend Joe Hudson to friends and family in the future and will use them again if needed. Thank you for a seamless and great experience.

Office Manager was exceptional. She went out of her way to accommodate my schedule. Even though it meant coming in on her day off. She was kind, and friendly, making me feel less guilty about how inconvenient it was too her. Thank you for the excellent service.

First there were some ‘mandatory’’ fees that were not disclosed on the estimate but were added once the repairs were competed. I don’t think that hiding known extra fees is ethical, perhaps not even legal, and not a good business practice in any case. Second the exterior of the car was dirtier than when the car was brought even though they claimed it was washed, it seems like if dirty rags were used to wipe out the car. The front desk lady (a very nice person) noticed that and she took the car herself to wash it; however, the worst part was when I came home, and opened the back to put the items back in the trunk, I noticed the the back of the power gate was filthy with dust and fingerprints all over, including the back seats and on the carpet material lining the trunk. I took me about 50 minutes to wipe off and vacuum the rear and back areas of the vehicle. I also notice some more dust on the front panel but I will tackle that later since I was tired of cleaning, and sneezing, all the dust I had to remove. So, to resume: known fees not disclosed on the estimate, no attention to detail (to the point of gross neglect) whatsoever, in regard to verifying the vehicle was cleaned and free of all the potentially toxic debris caused by the process, even though I was told that the vehicle was inspected and cleaned. No I wonder if everything stated in the invoice was completed. Now, what would you do about it? Say sorry like the guy in the office told me yesterday after I asked about those until then hidden fees?

My experience at Joe Hudson's was absolutely fantastic! I can't imagine the process being any easier! Joe Hudson's staff took the time to make sure that I was aware of what was going on 100% of them, they were always professional, kind, and understanding of my hectic schedule. All the staff members were very friendly, courteous, and personable. Although I received an initial quote, then when picked up the car, received another quote that was $400 more and the expenses could not be fully explained. The bumper they replaced and painted was a totally different shade of white. I was then informed that my 2016 SUV had different shades of white throughout the car. As I am the only owner, I know this to be false. I made them warranty claim the bumper and fix the paint color. When I picked up the car three days later the price jumped over $1000. Not sure how fixing a mistake they made in the first place could cost almost triple the original quote. I will never use them again.
