I did not receive updates or return phone calls from Lisa. She was also not warm and friendly. Once I got Jennifer the customer service improved but it was late in the process. My GEICO rep shared with me also that he did not receive information or calls back from Lisa and his customer service also improved when Jennifer took over. In addition, I had specifically requested George to paint my car as that is who my friend, Seth Agnew, from technical dimensions recommended. I was very clear about who I wanted to paint my car with Lisa and she supposedly wrote it down, but George is not the one that painted my car. Another disappointment! Due to the above, I would not be a recommendation for your company.????

So far the job on the car looks good. The disappointing part is it took too long for such a small job even after making an appointment after the parts were in. Also, very disappointing for not accepting AMEX credit card.
