There is literally overspray on at least 80% of my car, there’s almost a dozen fish eyes all over the rear and side of the car, there’s orange peel on the right rear door, this car is 4 months old, and it was fixed very poorly and I’m pissed
You were to call me back because I brought my car back because the bumper is not attached it came apart been almost 2 months haven't heard from y'all
After keeping our car 2 weeks longer than what they had initially estimated, they Found additional damage as they were putting the car back together that should have been found in the very beginning. This additional damage caused the vehicle to be totaled, and wasted three weeks of my time that I could have spent looking for a new car instead of waiting around for collision repair. They should have thoroughly inspected the car in the first place and found all of the damage.

Car was not ready when promised, and when I was told it was ready, the bumper was not aligned properly and had to wait again and when the were supposed to call me back with information, they never did. Makes me feel very uncomfortable about going to pick it up! I’d rather them total it out because I feel as though my car may not have been properly fixed! ????

Wow, it was a long 2 month+ journey and process on fixing my car. Im grateful all repairs has been complete and my car is finely home. They did pretty good on my car. They did not get my car back in a timely matter.
Bumper was not properly placed on car. New light replaced has condensation. Paint is 2 different colors. Part is starting to come off of Car.
Very unorganized place, very difficult to get updates on progress or even speak to someone. Vehicle completion date changed 4 times and ended up there for 41 days. And costing more than double the original estimate. Aweful service will never go back there.
Took much longer than initially estimated... too often I had to call for updates rather than the other way around.
Took too long to finish repairs due to poor quality work that had to be redone several times and staff turnover
Overall I am happy with the quality. The communication via text is superb, but there is a total breakdown at the receptionist level in finding out where the car is and what is going on. While my car took an extra week, I am not unhappy with the time frame. I understand you have phone issues, but it would be nice to have one central number to call for both locations where the information is on file. It would also be nice if Clay stopped chewing gum, eating, or whatever he does while he attempts to answer questions.
