Car is still not fixed. Had to bring it back immediately after I first picked it up so the front quarter panel could be painted, the front end aligned, the loose entry piece at the back door properly mounted so it would stay secure, side window wind noise eliminated. I was notified on Saturday (11-19) that car was ready. It wasn't. The front quarter panel still needs the chips in the paint fixed, the entry piece at the back left door is easily lifted up and removed with my disabled thumb! I have no idea if it has been aligned or if the wind noise has been fixed; based on what wasn't done I'd guess the other items still haven't been fixed. I will definitely need written documentation of the alignment with the numbers for prealignment and post alignment. I will also need documentation re the paint work, the door entry issue, and the wind noise repair. At this point I have lost faith that the other $8,000 in repairs were properly done based on these simple fixes that were not handled.

Two pairs of sun glasses, one Ray Ban and one Maui Jim were taken from my car glove compartment while my car was at Hendricks Collision for **** ****/2 days. Terrible!!
I will never will go back there and I will tell my Dealer not to send anyone there. Untrustworthy employees!!
