Management was not effective. It was nearly Possible to speak with someone in charge. When the person in charge had to miss work, there was no back up person with whom I could speak. This is very bad management. My car was kept 2 ****/2 weeks with multiple excuses. The car was well repaired and I am satisfied with that. Management was poor. For that reason, I cannot recommend your service. I will not return as a customer.
