I received regular updates while my car was in the collision center. All employees were professional. Brian not only kept me informed, but he handled all communications with the insurance company. My experience was great and my vehicle looks brand new! I would highly recommend Hendrick’s Collision Center.

Overall a great experience. Brian was very helpful and kept me informed regarding the repair delay due to supply chain issues. The rest of the staff were very helpful as well. Honestly I’m not 100% happy (more like 98% happy) with the repair due to some small aesthetic issues where the reflectors fit in the rear bumper (and there is a small gap between the reflector and bumper on one side). The repair shop did make some adjustments before I picked up my car and the appearance was improved and the gap reduced. Otherwise I was very pleased with the service.
