Was not happy with the original work. there were pit marks where they repaired the damage. Went back immediately (pretty stressed about if they WOULD rectify it as promised, and what I would drive. ) They were WONDERFUL. NO stress, they immediately took the car back in, gave me a loaner and corrected the repair by the next morning. Everyone, from the moment I arrived at the service desk til i reclaimed the car was friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. Thanks to all.

The clear coat had a bubble in it that will require bringing the vehicle back for a sand and buff, someone should have inspected the finished job better

Hendrick did a great job. Chris kept me informed either by email or telephone calls on all steps of the way. I've had my car back 3 days now and so far all is well.
My doors aren't locking which is very frustrating. It's an inconvenience to have to return the car for a new issue.
At the start I was apprehensive. The usual promises made only to be changed with "what happened was". But none of that happened. I was kept informed fairly well. The customer service was excellent.
You guys continued to text me during the time you were repairing my car and the last text confirmed that pick up was still scheduled on time. I drove 45 minutes in traffic after work, even stopping at the gas station to make sure I had the right amount in the rental to return only to get there and be told my car would not be ready until the next day. So frustrating! Someone dropped the **** on keeping me informed about pick up. I had to drive the rental, which I hated, for another day and make another trip to the gas station the next day. I can say the car was cleaned really well and looked great, so kudos for that.

It took two and a half weeks for repairs and I am still waiting on my right rear rim which is a different color than the other rims. I had very few updates during this process, but when I did the calls were courteous. Please explain why it takes so long for Rick Hendrick Collision to get parts. Thanks, Dr. William J

The collision center on Concord was fantastic to work with..timely, courteous and informative. ive been to the East Independent location recently and did not have the same experience. I would drive further again to visit the Concord location of services are needed.

The receptionist are the most non-receptive customer service representatives I have come into contact with. Car was misplaced onsite and the technician could not locate the key to the car at turnover.

Other than the forgetting to put two lug nuts back back knto.my rear wheel and the huge grease spot on my rear drivers seat it was fine. Daniel juMped right on it and corrected the blunders.
After getting home I realized that the hood was never fixed. Your store says it was open 7pm but I could not get anyone to answer a phone at 6:30pm.

When I was involved in the rear end collision. I took one look at my car and said it will never be the same. There was so much damage. I was pleased when I was told that it was repairable.
