Carstar punctured my tire and didn’t bring it to my attention during pick up of my truck. When I took my car to carstar my tire pressures where all on 39psi. At pick up, One tire’s psi was extremely lower (21psi) than when I left my truck at Carstar. That’s he first time my tires pressure has ever been that low since I purchased my new truck. I advised the manager of this issue. He offered to patch my brand new tire not replace it. He advised he would reach out regarding my situation and speaking with his supervisors and never did. Later that evening my insurance company had to pay for a town to the nearest tire shop. They then discovered the tire wasn’t patchable and I had to purchase another tire in town. My second discovery before leaving carstar is that my pink wireless beats headphones were stolen out of my truck while in repair at Carstar. I no longer recommend Carstar Autobody of wilson to anyone.

The Experience I had was unsatisfactory. I am unsatisfied customer. My Nissan Altima interior lights does not work in my Car. Before I bought my car to CarStar my lights where working now light are not on in my car. Horrible experience

They took my truck apart waiting on the insurance company. I scheduled to pick it up. I had to wait because the battery was dead. The hood wasnt latched back on so it flew up and damaged it even more. When i called to voice my concerns the vice president took no accountability but rather said they followed their standards and it was unfortunate, however they would not assist or make right anything on the matter. Im not sure why they were recommended because my experience did not reflect the recommendation.
