The experience was complete satisfaction...the initial intake process was quick and a vehicle was arranged for my transportation during the repair period, as well as periodic updates regarding where my vehicle was in the repair process. I have always had great service experiences with John Eagle Honda. This has been my first bad experience.
I don't have my car back yet (I'll get it back early next week), so I can't evaluate the quality of the repair job yet. However, the service experience has been been less than satisfactory.

The body work looks amazing!! Great job! However, the airbag warning light is still on! You mentioned having it looked at while you had the car but I don't think anything was ever done about it.
