The experience was complete satisfaction...the initial intake process was quick and a vehicle was arranged for my transportation during the repair period, as well as periodic updates regarding where my vehicle was in the repair process. Not only was my vehicle repaired on time, they even made the repairs ahead of schedule. I have always had great service experiences with John Eagle Honda. This has been my first bad experience.
I don't have my car back yet (I'll get it back early next week), so I can't evaluate the quality of the repair job yet. However, the service experience has been been less than satisfactory.
Good work, but paid probably paid a substantial premium.

Sonny was helpful and nice from the first phone call to the final call of my car being ready. Everyone else was great by making sure my time wasn't wasted and had immediate help
Already called Sonny because within **** hr of leaving service center after car repaired, noticed at least 2 things broken that were not broken when I brought car in to be fixed.

The body work looks amazing!! Great job! However, the airbag warning light is still on! You mentioned having it looked at while you had the car but I don't think anything was ever done about it.
I really liked all the communications I received about the status of my car. I didn't need to call you, as you kept me informed .
