Your entire staff did an excellent job on my truck I really appreciate it. As you know my truck is brand-new and I'm really glad I had someone that could make it the same or probably better than brand-new. I couldn't have asked for better service.Thank you all very very much !!!!!!

Very unhappy for several reasons. The repair time was 10 days longer than promise to me. Causing me to borrow a vehicle so I could keep my business going. As said in my first email a slight cut of some threads in the front seat. This vehicle has been well maintained it is in perfect condition. Now it has a bad spot in the front seat because someone must have sat in it with a sharp object in your pocket. Really makes me mad. The wires for the back up sensors were not secured up they are dangling. One actually ridess up against the exhaust pipe. The rear cargo area was spotless when I brought the vehicle in. When I got home and looked at the rear cargo area it was full of debris. Must have been left outside open and uncovered and never cleaned. With those complaints aside the actual work on the job look good. Unfortunately the negatives outweigh the positives. A friend recommended to have my work done there Joe Deuschle

I was treated courteously and I loved the fact that it was a one stop shop for drop off and getting my car rental. Also, Mark from Geico was polite and efficient. It was a great experience !

With the repair yes looks great. But I had white powder on the seat and on my bed liner from the repair.

Picked car up but things weren't fixed, have to return to get things set right, headlight toggle switch is broken but wasn't when the car was dropped off, rubber seal in driver door is barely adhered to the door, gas tank was at E but car was dropped off with half a tank.

The repair were not done I was told it's just a work truck horn missing wires not out back oil leak not motor it's a new motor hood not aline right truck pulls bad to right when you let go of steering wheel more than it should and when braking did not before was told it's the brakes new brakes were install a week before the accident with new rotors and pads grill and hood at old finder dose not line up they say it is what it is but it was not like that before they said it was from a previous estimate accident no way paint peeling from factory paint never be in a accident not very happy I was told to take it they are not doing anymore ohhood is hard to open drivers door is hard to open needless to say I was not happy and when they call the rental car place and said they are done and need to charge me for the rental when I was trying to find someone to get this right forcing me to take the truck was. Not right
