The repair itself seems to have been done well, which I appreciated - thanks! Unfortunately, the interior of the car was left dirty and very dusty. The front side passenger door has a hard time closing compared to how it had been before. The door handles (on the doors that got repaired) have spacing within them, which is different than the original set of door handles we have on the other side of the car.

From the very first call from Alan to schedule my repair, to the constant email updates on the progress, and all communication with both Alan and Frank, they made the process so easy and seamless. Very professional and friendly and the quality of the work is not only excellent, but they finished my Jeep early too. Everyone I interacted with from the first call I received about bringing in my car, to the the person I met with when I picked up my car and everyone in between were so friendly, helpful and seemed to understand the inconvenience of having your car repaired. They had the rental car person come to get me. Communication was great with the emails and message updates. They really were so great to work with.
