I'm satisfied with the repairs and the interactions with the staff and Chris after I got on the schedule. I was only honestly answering the questions about what could be improved. Chris forgot to log me in to the system after I brought my truck over for an estimate. If I hadn't called about 10 days later to make sure that I was on the schedule, I'm not sure where I'd be now. As it was, I was bumped back a week because of the mistake.

My car was scheduled to be there for a week, which turned into almost three weeks. I know the major issue for that was the radiator wasn’t on the original quote and supply issues caused the delay. However, I wasn’t told of the radiator until 4 days into the repair, when I came to the shop to get something out of my car. I should have been told immediately about the additional repairs so I could plan for not having my car on time. I had to call every time for an update, not once did the shop call me with an update. Also, there is now a whistling sound from the windshield. Not sure what it is, but it is still watertight, so not a big issue.

I will always trust Moody’s with my vehicles! Moody’s repaired my previous vehicle when I was side-swiped by a bus, and repaired my Mazda when we crashed due to an ice storm. My cars were good as new when I got them back! I also LOVE that I can leave my rental car at Moody’s and don’t have to deal with the hassle of returning it. As a single parent with only one vehicle, that is a huge help!

Almost three weeks to complete repairs. Some mix up with parts supply. No one called to update us on any delay reasons while we had a rental to Pay for.
