The car was in great shape and they cleaned the interior very well. Overall I was pleased with the experience; my only complaint would be one of the workers (older man) was rude on the phone and in person & should strive for a nicer tone.

I really appreciated the daily communication on progress. Turnover was fast and worked around the slowness of insurance adjuster. I also appreciated when upon reviewing work and finding an area of concerns it was addressed immediately and I was able to drive away happy in my clean truck. Convenient access to rental.
