Experience started out with good communication and follow through but that went away. I understand parts delays and inevitable however not communicating that you can't meet the deadline you stated several times causing me to have to take off two additional days of work are unacceptable. I had used your company for repairs in the past and was very happy with repairs and customer service, that all went away.

The fit of fender and door are not acceptable, my door now leaks air . Have brought back for **** adjustment, and now have to bring it back again. This is very inconvient to make time away from work to get it fixed, it should have been fixed right the first time, not three or more times.

The staff was very rude when I called him to ask him questions. They were supposed to do work that they did not do. And the amount that I was charge for the additional work was out rages if I would’ve known that prior to them doing it I would’ve never given the OK. I will not be recommending collision repair center to anyone that I know.

I vacuumed out 90% of the broken glass in the cargo area of my trailblazer prior to repairs. When I picked it up after repairs there was still broken glass in the cargo area which was NOT vacuumed out but yet was included in the estimation portion of repair time. There was an area at the 4c4 sticker on the back that was not right. They said when the peeled the old 4x4 sticker off several spots must have been wet from another time. Those spots are white. They installed a new 4x4 sticker and clear coated over them. Looks bad. Geico had to apptove more for them to fix that paont. Still has to be done.
I was told it would be a week and it ended up being two weeks before I got my car back. However they did get it done and did a good job.
