First off , you guys did a great job of cleaning the car. It hasn't been that clean since we bought it, so thanks. Next most of the work was completed, some which is just. It up to my expectations. The radiator bounces and is loose the small grill on the front end of the plastic grill has been glued together, the metal strip on the front bottom of the car has a dent in it, you guys had It off to replace the front end, the dent could of been knocked out with light heat and a rubber hammer, and finally the driver side fender was never even touched, at all. This is not acceptable when you're paying over $5,000 to have a repair done between you and the insurance company, I myself have worked in to auto repair industry, and have taken cars all the way down to the frame to restore. I thought the quote we got was a little high, but the insurance company referred us there so it is what it is, however would of been total satisfied had everything been done and done correct. I want to also point out that I talk with the tech at service king , I made sure that they understood that I did not want anything on the front clip to be glued or piece together I also went over all the damage with the individual at the time so in the car was not completed and they acted like they had no clue about the fender it was a little bit upsetting that the information I gave them was totally disregarded that will also be contacting the insurance company to let them know about our situation Thanks Harry McGinnis

I was quoted $2100 and the estimate was increased by 1700 after a few days then an additional $120 towards the completion of the job. The reason was explained to me by David that the quarter panel could not be repaired so they had to replace it. If he would have told me initially that this was a possibility I think I would have been more understanding. I did get another estimate on the vehicle from a local body shop of $2100 so I feel that somehow I was overcharged or that the estimate process needs to be more accurate as the price being almost double the estimate. Next time I would go with the local shop.

I’m highly appreciative of the service at service king.i just wish u guys were able to drop my vehicle off at the Honda dealer to replace my headlight that is under warranty from Honda.also I should find somebody who could repair rust on the body cause that could really help your business out and get more customers

Let’s be real here, I only chose service King because I thought with them already having my information the process would be quicker and easier than it turned out to be. You either need to make your computer system more accommodating to changes, or better train your staff to make those changes. The lack of one or both of those made the process harder than it needed to be. Maybe not hard enough directly be annoyed with, but still harder than it needed to be.
