While the actual repairs to the hail damage met my expectations the time it took was longer than originally indicated. I was told 3 days and it took 5 days. Also I had to call twice on the 5th day to even find out if or when the car would be ready. When I told you that I was told the estimate said 6 days for the repair. I was never told that and there was only 9 hours of labor on the bill so have to question why it even took 5 days. It seems to me the job didn't start being worked on until a couple of days after the date I was told to bring the car into the body shop. Communicating the proper expectations is vitally important for good customer service ratings.
