I would say that while the repairs were satisfactory, the overall experience was a bit disappointing. I brought my car in, and the assessor stated I should not drive on the interstate, and I left my car at the facility, with the intent to try and get my car done as soon as possible. I had to call that Friday and was told that my repairs were scheduled for the coming Tuesday, which was the initial date given to me. I didn't hear from the shop so I called again to see when my car would be ready. They have me a completion date of today (3/22/19) at 5 PM. My car was ready at 545 PM, a full week and a half after the car was dropped off. If I had better communication and a better expectation of when my car would be ready and why, I would be a bit more satisfied with my repairs.
