The staff was professional, quick, and my car looked perfect when they were done. Thank you. If there was one thing they could improve upon, it would be to inform your customers beforehand (when they initially leave their car in your care) of your 3% additional charge if they use a credit card. This way, customers can make an informed decision and be prepared before they pick up their car. Other than that, everything was great. I would use their services again and recommend them to others.

The receptionist was very pleasant and patient as I tried to schedule and then had to reschedule my car for repairs. Once I arrived, Antonio assisted me and was just wonderful, informative and honest the whole entire time. The City Side Auto Body family, took no time on handling the repairs and most importantly did not try to force additional work or suggestions with the car. Sometimes insurance can get complicated with the back and forth but I didn’t experience anything like that. Friendly staff made this a good experience. My car was side swiped while parked and I was 594 miles away from home. I was informed of the repair process by phone calls and text messages. I was offered a ride to the body shop to pick up my vehicle. I’d highly recommend City Side Auto Body. They did an excellent job repairing my car and my car was clean and looked great when I got it back.

This was the 2nd time that City Side repaired my vehicle. They were very timely in getting it complete and did an amazing job on all the repairs.
