Despite dealing with a week of very challenging winter weather conditions, Kadels kept the repair on schedule within the factors that they could control. Excellent, excellent service!

I understand that my repair took longer than estimated due to a 3rd party shop not being able to repair my wheel in the time given. However what is unacceptable to me is letting me drive away from Kadels only for me to see the paint is bubbling and chipping away. This should've been noticed upon final inspection of my vehicle by Kadels staff before ever returning my vehicle to me. I had to take an hour off work in order to get my vehicle back to Kadels to have it fixed. Although a Kadels employee said they were embarrassed about the issue I was given a very low quality rental compared to the rental I had when the other parties insurance was covering the rental. I had to cancel an out of town trip due to the poor quality rental I was given. When I finally picked up my vehicle no one ever apologized about what had happened. In all I'm personally out a few hundred dollars because of Kadels and I wasn't the at fault driver in the crash that landed my vehicle there. I would not recommend Kadels to anyone.

I did not appreciate the multiple changes to the delivery date. It ended up being an inconvenience when I returned my rental car early based on the prmosed delivery date . I also find it odd that at no time did we speak by phone. 0nly text and email messages. Rather impersonal. Finally, some minor damage on my drivers door did not get fixed. THE said they did not know about it, but it was part of my statement to my insurance agent.

Communication was awful. Car completion date kept changing, took almost a month for a rear end repair. Interior of car was filthy when I picked it up.

They fixed the dent in my car super fast. scheduling was easy and they were very friendly and kept me updated through the process.
Jeff Modjeski was awesome. He came in introduced himself and then went over the bill line by line. He took the time to explain items on the bill and what was what. He also explained in way that was kind, informative without making me feel stupid for asking questions. The other two people I had felt with made feel stupid for not knowing or understanding what was said. The other two claims adjusters( one who no longer works there anymore) gave two totally different explanations to what needed to be done, the time it would take to get fixed and then after waiting several weeks to get an appointment was called stating that the first claims adjuster had overbook that day.
Jeff was wonderful!!!! He turn a very bad impression, from the other claims adjusters, to a wonderful experience. You need more employees like him who took the time to explain things and I felt empowered leaving there not a stupid female that they didn't have time for or who were willing to make the time for. Thank you Jeff for everything ( He even had me forget about the other guys)

Never will I ever recommend or go back to Kadel's. It was the worst experience dealing with them the half **** fixed my car and called me to come get it that it was ready. Got there and they didn't even use the correct color of paint and the bumper had scuff mark on it. The so call completed car was not. I left it so they cou;d actually fix my car, they ended up having my car for and additional week. They do sotty work and there customer service is one of the worst I have see.

My plastic engine cover is missing and my jeep is running terrible. It is vibrating at idle. It only has 16k on it and was fine before wreck. I asked them to check and clearly they only fixed the body.

This was one of the BEST customer service experiences that I have ever had with an auto repair shop. They where fast and super accommodating for my car needs. They had an on-cite car rental rep. Which made my day even eaiser! And when I was unable to pick up my car after the repair *due to my crazy work hours * they not only delivered my car to me but also did all the paper work and exchanged my rental right on the spot! Great service all around! I will 100% recommend this shop.

Great place. We have been using you for 1/4 century. However when I came in, you said I needed an appointment. So i came back the following week and then you said it would be two months until I could get in. Fix the problem because next time we will not use you.

Wheels and tires covered in a dust that is very hard to clean. The inside has a VERY strong chemical smell. Unsure why the rear door latch is very hard to open.
Fast hassle free service. I appreciate the updates but almost sent the email updates to the spam folder because I didn't recognize the name of the sender and the subject line simply had a number. I recommend putting Kadel in one of those lines in addition to the name of sender or number.
In reviewing the repair invoice I see some parts were not OEM parts. I trust they are just as strong as the original parts since the originals performed well at protecting me from injury during the crash.
I was a bit disappointed that the repair couldn't be completed on the little chrome strip at the bottom of the light

Everything went smoothly. Communication could have been better, dropped off truck on 6th and called on the 14th to find out the status. Only call I got was this evening to let me know my truck was ready to be picked up.

The work was completed a week before the estimate repair time what fits the need for the use of the vehicle really well. The repairs are done very professional with the right alignment for the hood with no discrepancies or wider gap on each side towards the fenders. The paint job has no color differences or sheens compared to the rest of the body, looking very sharp. I like the updates over the phone with text messages and the follow up call and the continuent communication with Chris being open to my questions and suggestions as well addressing the parts that needed replace my and which were salved for reuse. Overall a very good experience were ill be happy to refer friends, family and my own clients if the have a need for body repair.
I had to bring back my car since the passenger side door was not quite align to the body of the car. And this was 2nd time I had to come back and re-do work at Kadel.
Best car repair service ever! Duran Gough and his team delivered excellent service, on time, and Duran patiently answered all my automotive questions--even those unrelated to the repair.
Hopefully I will never need another automotive repair service, but if I do, I am definitely going back to Kadel's.

I was not knowledgeable about that car, so aside from driving it home, and then back to get my car today, I did not drive it. So today I was very happy to get my Cadillac and drive it back home.
