Overall amazing job and I am really satisfied. My car was very clean. They did the vacuuming they promised. But one downside was they did not pull the front seats forward and vacuum the backseats, back floors. That should not have been skipped.

The Whole experience was great. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

I wish I had been ???? satisfied w/G&C auto, however I was the one calling every single time to find out about how long the repair would take and all details therein. Unfortunately, my point of contact did not follow through well w/re to communication; I never got the return calls as promised and was told two different dates on which to expect my car finished. I had to rearrange a lot of details due to the lack of follow-through on the part of Ryan Skidmore. He was a kind person, and I do understand making mistakes, truly. But, there wasn’t much of an effort to go above and beyond considering the huge inconvenience his errors caused both me and family members who had to completely cancel and rearrange plans because of his mistake in timing with regard to my vehicle repair. Just wish that G&C wouldn’t done more to ‘make it right’, instead of forcing me to be the continual person calling to check on status with the repair and make huge concessions due to lack of follow through.
