Everyone was great. They informed me about the repairs and what parts they were waiting for, which was very helpful.

As I stated in the survey, I took the day after they finished my vehicle something that should’ve taken about four days it took 11 days to get my car back. When I called to get updates about my car, I pretty much was lied to the whole time. as to why my car wasn’t finished the managers name there is Leah she’s supposed to be the manager and manage peoples vehicles but when you call Kristy answers the phone and pretty much she takes over and it’s funny I think Kristy should be the manager just because of the simple fact Leah does everything. Kristy tells her to do anyway. I guess the bottom line. I guess the bottom line for my experience in my vehicle being at DUKE collision is I was lied to several times about why my vehicle wasn’t done. The whole experience kept me on pins and needles. Every single day is all I can say I wish somebody from DUKE we go and manage Leah and see what Process she has forgetting peoples vehicles done because simply she does what she wants to do and tells people what they want to hear and it’s very very very aggravating and she’s getting away with it that’s really all I got to say.
