We expressed this before but the communication about our vehicle was extremely poor. We signed the authorization on 12/6 and the truck was returned on ****/18. We received maybe 4 calls during this time and 3 of those calls were after we had called first. Another disappointment was that our check engine light came on within hours of the truck being returned. We called and the explanation was that this was seen at the dealership as well and it was due to a recall. First, why wasn't this relayed to us at pick up if you knew why it was on. And secondly, why wouldn't you get this fixed while it was already at the dealership? Now we are being inconvenienced AGAIN after not having our truck for over a month.

We got updates that our car would be ready on certain dates and then it kept getting pushed back. This made planning a trip impossible and we think our vehicle was being confused with another. We will likely not use this service again, if possible.

Although the repairs took 3 weeks, they were thorough and it looked perfect when I picked it up. The ease of getting the rental was another plus as well.

Such a great place to get my car fixed after I hit a deer. They allowed me to reschedule when I needed to, they got my registration and insurance card out of my vehicle while it was getting fixed when I was trying to get my registration in Missouri from Kansas. And, my car was completly clean when I got it back. If anything was to happen to my car again, I will definitely be back. Thanks to Mike for keeping me updated and everybody that worked on car.

I was informed that the is fixed and ready for pickup, where Check engine , vehicle suspension system and liquid light were on. The car was then transferred to Lexus dealer for diagnosis. This tells me something was over looked.
