DO I NEED TO GET MORE THAN ONE ESTIMATE?
You are not required to get more than one estimate for any insurance company.
The only estimate that matters is the one from the shop you choose to perform your repairs. All estimates are for visible damage only, as there may be more hidden damage.
WHAT IF MY INSURANCE ESTIMATE IS LOWER THAN YOURS?
Insurance companies insure vehicles. We are the experts at repairing them. We will negotiate with your insurance company to get all the funds required to repair your vehicle to meet or exceed manufacturers’ specifications.
WILL I GET A FREE LOANER CAR?
Most insurance policies cover a rental. You will need to find out how much daily coverage you are entitled to under your policy.
WHAT IS MY WARRANTY ON THE REPAIR?
Our repairs are warranted for as long as you own the vehicle on labor. Paint is covered for lifetime by the paint manufacturer. Parts are covered by the manufacturer under their guidelines.

We’ll create a written estimate of what’s recommended to complete the repair, and we will offer Genuine GM Parts. In addition, if there is other service work that is required to restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition, we have Certified Service technicians on hand. We will review this estimate with you and address any questions you may have.
