My service advisor was Amber Ott and she was amazing!! Literally! I've never been in a car accident before and I was so sad and nervous for what the process was to get my car (which is my baby) completely fixed and the accident happened a few days before my birthday so I was extremely sad. She was so welcoming and kind, very informative and made me feel so much better and less stressed that my car was in good hands. I work in customer service and it's hard to find good genuine people that are good at their job and going the extra mile to make their customers feel appreciated. Well I appreciated her! Great communication throughout the process of my car and any questions or concerns I had were answered and taken care of. I even got my car a week sooner then estimated! She's awesome! Everyone there was just great! Thank you all for everything and fixing my baby and making her pretty again !
