Everything is great except that a long scratch was not fixed. It's located alongside the gas neck door , where the gas nozzle is inserted to fill the tank. Long scratch that was not fixed. It wasn't there prior to the accident. I think they missed a few spots. So I'm a bit disappointed. ! Sincerely. Pedro A

Amber was great in keeping me informed on the progress of my cars repair. I was very concerned due to my car being brand new and if it would be factory "fixed". I am so impressed with the service I received on the repair of my Dodge Challenger. Amber is absolutely fantastic and did a super job in coordinating my car repair and keeping me informed all along the way. Overall great experience! The team here is wonderful and made sure everything went smoothly and I was always updated on the status of my car repair - I was helped by both Gary and Amber at different times and would like to thank both of them for their friendly attitude and awesome customer service skills. My Jeep looks brand new again, you can't even tell that it was rear ended which I think speaks for the high quality repair job. Thanks everyone!

To whom it may conncern, I submitted my 2016 Dodge Dart in for a door repair on 7/30/17 they said it would take about a week to repair. I didn't get my car back until 8/09/17 Not only did it take 11 days to fix but also when I returned my medicine was stolen from my car. I had a THC/CBD pen and it was stolen from my center console. This item was worth $150. Next, the lock button on my driver side door was bent and not working correctly. Even tho they "fixed it with a screw driver" there was permanent damage to the button itself. In the future, I'm sure the button will need to be replaced and I am completely unsatisjfjed with the false promises, theft, and apparent drug use. My name is Kristine H
