The work is always completed on time with continuous status updates and is always top-notch professional quality. The vehicle is returned in immaculate condition. The manager Kevin was very courteous and professional. I would never consider having repair work done anywhere else. I seldom take surveys or give reviews about companies with which I deal but you people are the exception.

I was running out to take my daughter and her friend to the mall and there were no back seat belt clips. Also the molding in the back door was coming off which my son fixed and the inside of the door feels extremely rough.

The repairs were fine and great. Unfortunately, the interior of my car was not returned in the same condition when I dropped off the car. The front mats were completely covered in dry mud. Most of the carpet and seats and dash were covered in dust. There were some dirt marks on the headliner. It's not the biggest issue but it would be nice if the car could be returned in a clean condition. Now I'll have to get the interior detailed as there are still marks, dirt that I was unable to remove by hand/vacuum.

There are some issues with the repair:
****. The rear seat belt receiver at the back seat of the passenger side is not there. The seatbelt buckle of the backseat behind the driver side is also missing. I assume they are probably stuck under the rear seat when the seats were put back.
2. The window control at the driver's side is haveing some issue. The front passenger window cannot be controlled with the button at the driver's side.
3. The surface at the rear quarter panel on the driver's side is not smooth as well as there are some scratches on the window chrome next to that quarter panel which I do not think was there before the repair.
I will contact Branning autobody to get these issue resolved.
