This for me was my first and only collision experience.....so maybe not a well researched report.....but I did feel that I could trust what I was told, and all seemed inclusive, with Enterprise right there on the spot, and things went off just as predicted......of course we all want things to go quickly, but from what I've seen and heard from others, delay is an unavoidable part of repairs......and you kept me in the loop with emails, and were available for any/all phone calls. So glad to have my car back, and glad that each detail happened as predicted. All your staff were polite and helpful, and always available with no need for leaving mssgs, or waiting for call backs.

I also appreciated the courtesy test which provided me with a checklist of maintenance items to keep in mind to replace.
