Overall the communication and staff were great. I could have dealt with a little less back and forth in time frame of when my car would be ready but I don’t know if that could be helped. I am disappointed that I just got home and found out that my hood won’t stay up... makes me worry that something else might have been missed.

Inside of vehicle was covered in sanding dust that i had to clean out. Bed of truck where meets the cab not level and set inward and out of line.

Dash gauge different from what I had and I FO NOT like it. When enclave us put in reverse, the car "hops" instead of moving smoothly AND makes a loud "grinding" noise which can be heard inside and outside the vehicle. Concerns about enclave not being tested on interstate at interstate highway speeds. I do a lot of highway driving and I need to know I am safe. Paperwork says part was damaged when received, no record of another part being installed. Why were damaged parts used. Multiple spits of chipped paint from accident still chipped. Black scuff marks on inside of driver door that were not there previously.

Ashley was extremely helpful. He let me know about the issue with the part that kept my car from being ready when originally promised. He initiated the extension for my rental car due to this issue. Ashley provided excellent customer service.
