My center a/c knob control gets stuck, not working properly. Did not have this issue when the vehicle was dropped off. I hope this issue can be resolved. Besides that the, the reason the vehicle was dropped off for (bumper) looks amazing and job well done.

Excellent staff members who communicated by text to keep us updated. When I had a question about the bumper rubber cover being new and not matching the rubber parts on the running boards, Otto made sure the running boards were treated to match. Awesome service and the bumper is beautiful!!
