They are friendly staff, whose customer service was great before during and after the work. Work was completed on time, repairs look great can’t tell they were done. Received the vehicle back even cleaner than was dropped off. Was left one happy and satisfied customer who will return back if anymore body work is needed.

Loved the pick up and drop off service. Loved the repsonsiveness. and Most of all, love the professional repair work.

Day of pickup when to shop and was informed my truck was not ready do to siderail part not in. No phone call prior. Next day got call that battery was dead and not charging but was fine when dropping it off. Truck looks great but lack of communication was a problem.

I’ve used this collision center before. I was happy then with the results and I again am satisfied with the great job they did. I’ve also recommended them to folks I know in case they ever need repairs. USAA is a great company and so is this collision center

The repair work on my BMW was excellent! Thanks to Joe Sanfillipo for taking a personal interest in my car & making certain that the body work & refinish work was perfect. After the car was delivered to my home, I tried to find where the repair had been completed - even moved it out of the garage & into the sunlight - but couldn't tell where the dent had been or where the new paint was applied. Thanks for your high standards & quality workmanship...

Some major things was missed. I have to bring it back to them and deal with progressive over again becuzz it wasn't done correctly on both ends. I am not happy at all because their was nothing wrong before the accident and progressive estimated my damage wrong and then it was not placed back together correctly. Now it is the process all over to be fixed correctly. I need my car like everyone esle and now I am here only with a bumper that was painted and placed back together incorrectly and my light is no where as even or smooth as the other side is but it was clearly missed. Still making a rattling sound once you drive it. My bumper trunk area is not correct it has a big gap. The Lettering is missing off my trunk. I must say their was nothing wrong with my car until the accident. Now the only corrected was a new painted bumper that is placed on incorrect and a rattling noise with a damaged left tail light. Sorry but very upset with this whole situation from progressive to USA collision

Very impressed. The staff were respectful and knowledgeable. My car was done under the expected repair time, that was excellent. I came to pick up my car, they had it washed, clean the rims, Armor All the tires, vacuumed out the inside, and armor all the inside, wow! That is truly outstanding customer service
