My car looked as good as new. What was expected to take a week took four days. I was also impressed with how enterprise car rental and ABRA worked together. I was able to return my rental to ABRA when I picked up my car and they they took care of returning my rental.

I have to bring the truck back to have the bent hitch replaced and the new bumper adjusted to be level. As part of the estimate they were supposed to inspect the hitch. In addition I asked about it several times because I thought it was tweaked downward. Whomever did the repair clearly didn't look closely and also mounted the bumper at an angle. As far as body repairs go, this was about as easy as they come. It's hard to imagine how you could do so poorly. Unfortunately the lack of competence now results in inconvenience for me.
